The Resource Exchange (TRE)

TRE is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to build independence for people with developmental disabilities.

They support people and their families in the El Paso County community and have been doing so since 1964.

They offer an array of services and currently serve over 1800 people; however, due to a lack of funding, there are also over 1500 people a year on the waiting list. The wait is currently seven to ten years long!

Peoples of Colorado consisting of Peoples Mortgage Corporation, Peoples National Bank, and Peoples National Title, will be hosting their fifth annual charity golf tournament July 14, 2008, 8am-1pm.

It will again have a shotgun start, hole in one incentives, door prizes, a silent auction, and a new luncheon menu.

There will be sponsorship opportunities throughout the course from breakfast to lunch as well as a silent auction. Plus, this year an exciting $1,000,000 (One Million) shootout contest will be held.

Available Sponsorships

All sponsorships include signs in designated areas, listing in the tournament brochure and recognition during the luncheon.

·         Platinum Sponsor- $2500.00 Logo placement on inside cover of cart brochure, (2) foursomes, including greens fees, golf carts, raffle tickets, super tickets and awards reception and luncheon. Hole sponsorship with exclusive signage on one hole, rosewood plaque. Bannar signage at registration for all golfers to see.

·         Gold Sponsor– $1500.00 Logo placement on full page inside of cart brochure, Foursome, including greens fees, golf carts, raffle tickets, super tickets and awards reception and luncheon. Hole sponsorship with signage on one hole, rosewood plaque.

·         Hole-in-One Sponsor PGA Championship Package for two - $900.00 Full color signage on the 17th (tee and green), rosewood commemorative plaque 1/4 page ad in tournament program

·         Hole-in-One Sponsor Pebble Beach Golf Package for two - $800.00 Full color signage on hole 8 (tee and green), rosewood commemorative plaque 1/4 page ad in tournament program

·         Hole-in-One Sponsor PGA Village Rick Martino Golf School For Two - $700.00 Full color signage on hole 4 (tee and green), rosewood commemorative plaque 1/4 page ad in tournament program

·         Hole Sponsor- $500.00 Signage on both the green and tee, 1/2 page ad in the tournament program, rosewood plaque. Enjoy meeting the golfers at your own privately labeled hole and create your own marketing scenario.

·         Tee Sponsor- $300.00 Full color signage on one green, rosewood plaque, 1/4 page ad in tournament program. Meet the golfers and hand out your own personalized material.

·         Green Sponsor- $250.00 Full color signage on one tee, rosewood plaque, 1/4 page ad in tournament program

·         Beverage Cart Sponsor- $500.00 Full color signage on beverage cart, rosewood plaque 1/4 page ad in tournament program,. One representative from your company gets to ride in the cart and give out beverages

·         Driving Range Sponsor- $350.00 Hand out golf tees imprinted with your company’s logo to golfers as they warm up on the driving range. Full color signage and rosewood commemorative plaque

·         Putting Green Sponsor- $500.00 Sponsorship includes a contest to win $1,000, based on four finalists. Full color signage and rosewood commemorative plaque

·         Scoreboard Sponsor- $100.00 Your name and company logo will frame the scoreboard and be in the program.

·         Trophy Sponsor- $250.00 Provide trophies for the 1st , 2nd and last place teams. Special mention at the awards ceremony and in the tournament brochure

·         Golf Cart Sponsor- $500.00 Full color signage with your logo on each golf cart and your choice of promotional products

·         Breakfast Sponsor - $500.00 Breakfast for all the players at registration. Signage on the table and in the program.

·         Lunch Sponsor - $1500.00 Signage on all tables and custom logo on special golfers napkin ring/ birdieball.

·         Individual Player - $150.00 Greens fees, golf cart, continental breakfast, lunch, prizes and awards

·         Door Prize Sponsor- $200.00 Announce the winner of the door prize supplied by your company. Your company’s name will be listed in the tournament brochure and during all sales of the door prize tickets.

·         Gift in Kind $$$ Donate a service or item of value for the silent auction. Your name will be on the auction sheet and mentioned in the tournament brochure.

Each year, Peoples of Colorado puts together a charity golf tournament to give back to the community we live in. Our charity this year is actually a group of charities under the umbrella of Colorado Children’s Week that benefit the children of Southern Colorado.

As in previous years, this tournament will bring together local business leaders and provide fun while raising money for a great cause.
